Specialty Sessions: Fitness Program Assessment, Mobility Training, Lifestyle Assessment
Fitness Assessments consist of base measurements taken prior to beginning any exercise program. This will include:
Height, Weight, Resting heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Working Heart Rate, Muscular Endurance Test, & Flexibility Test
Specialty Sessions do not require a fitness assessment.

Individual Training
Customized fitness program based on individual needs and lifestyle. Training sessions are designed to be efficient and educational using exercises that can be completed outside of the training session.

Partner Training
Similar to Individual Training, the fitness program is designed based on the needs and lifestyle of each partner. Training sessions are designed to challenge each individual, while using the partner setting for motivation and accountability.

Group Training
(3-4 people)
Group training sessions will have the feeling of a group fitness class, but creating a team atmosphere where participants are working together to complete the workout. With a team, the participants will find more motivation and accountability to maintain the program.

This definitely took me out of my comfort zone and challenged muscles I don’t usually work. I loved the small outdoor classes and really enjoyed my time with you.
